About the teacher

I discovered you can exercise eye muscles when I started teaching traditional Hatha Yoga, 16 years ago. Long before face yoga became a thing.

Over 10 years ago, I became a Thai Massage therapist. Face and scalp massage have become an essential part of my treatments. I realised how many people hold tension in their heads and how important it is to allow them to release it.

Qi gong tapping techniques, myofascial release methods, and vagus nerve stimulation further expanded my toolbox of tension release from the face and scalp areas.

Unlike most teachers and therapists, I never ignore or prioritise any given part of the human organism. I believe in holistic approach based on self-understanding and self-kindness.

I’m a certified, trauma-informed yoga teacher and a certified Thai Massage therapist.
I have worked therapeutically with anxiety and chronic pain since 2008.
