What makes this masterclass stand out from a typical workshop is the full insight into the methods used and the understanding of how your body works. You will know exactly what you’ll do, how it works, and what to keep in mind to get the maximum benefit.

Some teachers like to mix teaching with lecturing. But, let’s be practical, you can’t go through the experience of listening deeply to your body and listening to the teacher’s explanations at the same time.

About the teacher

Anxiety has been present in my life since I was a teenager. Over 16 years, I tried many methods to alleviate it. After diving into the world of somatics and neuroscience, I cut my teachings down to the essentials.
I overcame chronic pain (literally a pain in the butt) which I caused when I pushed my body into a ‘perfect yogi’ shape in the early days of teaching.

I was gradually shedding layers of unhelpful patterns from my body and mind. I used somatics, yoga, massage, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. All of these were different techniques. But the basic principles remained the same: self-awareness and self-kindness.


I’m a certified, trauma-informed yoga teacher and a certified Thai Massage therapist.
I have worked therapeutically with anxiety and chronic pain since 2008.

Weronika's gentle guidance has helped immensely during the years I've been doing her classes. It has been a real boost to my physical and mental strength. What if I can’t make it live? Can I get a refund?

Once purchased, I do not offer refunds for this event since it can be watched on replay.
You will receive a LIFETIME access to the recording.

I have very little space at home. Is this for me?

You need just enough space to lie down without touching the furniture or walls.

Do I need to keep a camera on?

While I recommend keeping a camera on and setting it so that I can see you, it’s really up to you.

How do I access the workshop?

Once you buy the workshop, you will immediately receive an automated reply with a receipt. Within another 6 hours, you should also receive an email with a Zoom link and details about the session. You will receive another reminder about the workshop one hour before it starts.
If you have never used Zoom before, make sure you connect a bit before the start of the workshop to go through the installation process.

Are there any counter-indications?

Nope! Fascial unwinding is for everyone. You cannot hurt yourself with this practice and you decide on the pace of the more active techniques.
