Hi, I’m Weronika Chaberko

I’m a Somatic teacher and therapist.
During my self-healing journey, I moved from fixating on contortionist poses to gentleness and self-kindness. The chronic ‘‘yoga bum’’ pain from overstretching in my 30s and the anxiety I suffered from in my 20s were the best lessons in nurturing resilience.
After 15 years of teaching and studying various body-mind techniques, I developed my own, multi-disciplinary therapeutic approach to dealing with anxiety, chronic pain, and other symptoms of chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation.
I will never tell you to ‘‘just relax’’ or give you a magic trick to get rid of the lower back pain. Healing needs time and certain conditions. I’ve witnessed dozens of times how fulfilling their authentic needs turned the lives of my students around. I have no doubt you could experience it, too.
