Are we going to move much? Do I need to wear sports clothes or have an exercise mat?

No. All the techniques presented in this masterclass could be done seated, lying down, or standing, depending on what position would be most comfortable for you. The majority of them do not involve movement. I will introduce just one short, simple movement practice in a standing or seated position.
