I’m Weronika Chaberko

a Somatic Practioner and Thai Massage Therapist with 16 years of experience in changing people’s lives

I had the privilege to study with renowned teachers: Kira Balaskas, Ralph Marzen and Ajarn Sinchai who taught me to wait for, rather than force, the release response.

My multi-disciplinary approach to somatic movement led me to use various fascia-release and self-massage techniques in my teaching. Rocking, rolling, shaking, and tapping, are my favourite ways to teach my students to shed unnecessary tension.

I used elements of self-massage in my somatic movement classes for years and everybody loved it. When I realised that massaging your own back is far from obvious for anyone outside my clients’ bubble, I created a self-massage course with techniques that are fun or delicious to do, easy to remember, and bring immediate relief.

I truly believe the purpose of a teacher and therapist is to provide you with the tools to help yourself, whenever you need it.

20 minutes to restore the mobility of your feet and release the fascia all along the backline of your body.

2. Take the Weight off Your Shoulders and Neck

20-minute self-help toolbox for tightness in the notorious spots: the neck, shoulders and jaws.
Don’t wait until tension builds into pain. Massage yourself sitting at the desk.

3. Rock and Roll Your Entire Body

A 30-minute all-rounder. Use your own body to massage yourself against the floor.
Release the entire FRONT, BACK and SIDE body.
It’s fun and effective!

4. Melt into Bliss: Lower Body

Use your socks to sink into them with your body weight. It’s a Restorative Yoga session and Self-massage in one.
Go for a quick fix or luxuriate in it for as long as you wish.

5. Melt into Bliss: Upper Body

Use your socks or balls of varying softness to melt into them as you lie down in one position for as long as you wish.
