Somatic Yoga

Slow and gentle sessions which increase your body awareness, bring more ease into your movement and help you release physical and mental tension. Treat yourself with loving kindness and notice how your body responds to this gentle approach.

Bedtime Breathing

Breath is the easiest and most direct way in which you can regulate your nervous system. A few moments spent on conscious breathing will help you wind down after a stressful day and fall asleep more easily.
These sessions include gentle movement which helps to open the upper torso and release the diaphragm.

All the classes are taught in small groups of max 8 people.
I see you on the web camera but the sound is off for the duration of the class.
We usually have a little chat about what you experienced after the session.
You always get a recording of the session which you can keep for LIFETIME.
