I truly believe the purpose of a teacher and therapist is to provide you with the tools to help yourself, whenever you need it.
The idea of this course was born when I met two cancer survivors. Both of them suffered from neuropathy in their feet as a side effect of their treatment. Both experienced pain and numbness for years. And both had amazing results after a simple somatic movement session and Thai Massage.
I realised these women needed help, and I could offer it.
Feet work was always an absolute cornerstone of working with people over 60 years old. It helped them walk with more fluidity and grace, improve their balance and overall mobility. It takes just a couple of months to change constricted feet with toes glued together into once again mobile and responsive parts of the body.
In this course, I combine somatic movement with 10 years of experience in Thai Massage.
Thai Massage is a modality of body work that does not skip any body parts. It focuses on acupressure points and applied joint mobilisation. Most treatments start with the feet, and the majority of those techniques can be self-administered.
The key to any healing is loving kindness. Learning how to listen to your body and become more whole. It is a universal rule that I successfully taught through my flagship Heal from Within program and all my teachings.
My method works for any foot pain.
Cristina had plantar fasciitis and couldn't walk for more than 20 minutes without pain.
She stopped walking to work and started taking a bus instead. My Heal from Within Program changed that permanently. Now she goes for long hikes every weekend and a pain in her feet is just a distant memory.

Hello Feet: awareness and touch.
(De) sensitise your feet and learn self-massage techniques which will make them alive and supple.
2. Time to move: toe to neck
Use somatic movement to increase mobility in the toes, feet, and ankles and remap the feet onto the brain.
Release fascia from the soles of the feet to the skull.
3. From the ground up: yielding and balance
Discover the basic principles of yielding and weight-shifting that will make your movement light and graceful.
4. Pain relief: somatic tracking and visualisations
Learn techniques that help you manage and alleviate any pain.

Are there any contraindications to the methods taught in the course?
All the methods presented are gentle and easy to apply. If your body doesn’t like something, it will tell you by pain signals. You will learn a broad selection of techniques, some of which you will love, and some of which might not be your favourite. It’s up to you which ones will become part of your routine.
